Eligibility Criteria

Candidates

1. All postgraduates pursuing MD Community Medicine in MP/CG in govt/private colleges
2. Life member of IAPSM.
3. PGs of the organizing institution will not be eligible for competition.
4. No age limit.

Submissions

1. Findings of the research shall not be presented/published anywhere previously (Declaration by the candidate for the same).
2. May/may not be a part of thesis work.
3. Submissions should be in oral presentation format.

There will be a scrutiny committee which will consist of minimum 3 members (decided by organizing committee under intimation to Head of Department, Dept of Community Medicine, GMC Bhopal), for the selection of paper to be presented. A maximum of 18 papers for oral PG paper competition will be short listed by organizers and up to six papers will be sent to screening committee members each, hiding identity and the best two papers will be selected for oral presentation during the conference. A maximum of 6 papers should be selected for presentation so that the award session can be conducted in one hour duration. Remaining oral papers will be presented in non-competitive session. Prior intimation will be sent to selected candidates to prepare their presentation suitably.

2. Clarity of Title and Objectives
3. Well-designed methodology
4. Well defined outcomes
5. Originality of work
