Rules and Regulations

A structured abstract should be submitted with the following headings

  • Conference ID
  • Conference Subtheme
  • Title
  • Author Details
  • Introduction
  • Aim/Objectives
  • Material and Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusion
  • 3-5 Keywords
    • The specific conference subtheme must be clearly stated under which the poster/oral presentation should be considered.
    • Name of ALL AUTHORS should be mentioned along with designation & affiliated institute. Contact details & email ID of corresponding author should be provided.
    • The first author will be considered as presenting author, and certificate will be issued on basis of first author. If the paper is not presented by the first author, signed authorization letter from first author should be attached with the abstract.
    • Abstract should be limited to 250-300 words excluding title, authors and keywords.
    • Main title of the abstract must be concise. Avoid using abbreviations in title (except standard abbreviations).
    • DO NOT include images, graphs or tables in abstract.
    • Abstract should be prepared in Microsoft© Word (“docx” file format).
    • Font family and font size to be used in abstract is as follows: Font Family: Times New Roman. Font Size: 12 pt for titles, 10 pt for body.
    • Abstracts and permission letter from Institutional Ethical Committee for the study should be emailed to abstractscziapsmcon2025@gmail.com with the subject line "Abstract submission for SCZIAPSM Conference, Ratlam".
    • All accepted abstracts will be published in the conference souvenir.
    • NOTE: Following abstracts WILL NOT be considered:
      • Previously presented in another conference/published elsewhere.
      • Part of onging thesis or pilot study.
